Supply of Liquor to Minors: 

We cannot sell alcohol to individuals under 21 years old. Purchasing alcohol from us by individuals under 21 years old, or falsifying details for alcohol purchases, is illegal.

Non-Sales of Alcohol to Muslims: 

As per Section 19 (1) and Section 19 (2) of the Syariah Criminal Offences Act 1997, Malaysian Muslims are prohibited from buying or consuming alcohol. Accordingly, BREWNIVERSE.COM.MY does not sell alcohol products listed on its website to Malaysian Muslims.

Pricing, Orders & Payment: 

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by BREWNIVERSE.COM.MY. If a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price, vintage, or suggest a suitable substitute. Goods remain the property of BREWNIVERSE.COM.MY until payment confirmation. We reserve the right to limit any sale.

Minimum Order Quantity:

No minimum order quantity is required.

Delivery:

Delivery charges are based on the order quantity. RM 11.50 for the first item and RM 1.50 for each additional item per order. Any breakages or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, along with your receipt number.

Product and Packing Guarantees:

Report damaged goods or delivery errors within 72 hours of delivery. For packing errors, contact us within the same timeframe. Faulty products will be replaced or credited.

Product Description and Information:

Product descriptions and information may not be 100% accurate. Tasting notes, ABV%, and images may vary. Contact us if you have any doubts regarding a product.

Product Stock Level:

For bulk orders or single product orders, check stock availability before payment to avoid issues.

Product Vintage:

Vintage may change without prior notice due to product batches.

Pricing Information:

We strive for accurate pricing on the website. However, if there’s an incorrect price, we reserve the right not to proceed with your order. We’ll contact you to pay the correct price or cancel the order.

Advertisements:

While we aim for accurate promotions and product information, errors may occur. We may correct errors without liability. BREWNIVERSE.COM.MY reserves the right to change products, prices, and promotions without notice.

Cancellation:

Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. BREWNIVERSE.COM.MY reserves the right to cancel orders due to stocking issues or transactional errors within 24 hours.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BREWNIVERSE.COM.MY and its affiliates from any claims resulting from your use of the website.

Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by Malaysian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Selangor, Malaysia.
