Carmenere is used entirely in the Siegel San Elias Carmenere. Beautiful crimson and dark fruit scents, earthy notes, and violets with balanced acidity may be found on the nose. In the mouth, it's soft and round, with juicy tannins and nice concentration. Lamb and full-flavored cheeses go nicely with this wine.
