This 18 Year Old was matured in not one, but two barrel types by The Macallan, and was released as part of the Double Cask series! Oloroso sherry was used to season a mix of American and European oak barrels, with the former adding vanilla notes and the latter adding Macallan's signature spiciness. Another superb Speyside distillery sherried single malt.
