Cancellation Timeframe:

Customers retain the right to cancel any order placed on whisky.my. We gladly offer full cancellations within 24 hours or immediately after purchase. No cancellations will be entertained after this 24-hour window.

Our Company’s Right to Cancel Orders:

We reserve the right to cancel orders within 24 hours due to stocking issues or transactional errors.

Conditions for Cancelling Orders: 

Orders must be canceled BEFORE items are dispatched from our facilities. If canceled AFTER dispatch, the customer bears the return costs to our facilities. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

For cancellations after dispatch, customers must return items to: No. 80-F, Jalan Perak, 10150 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

Return Guidelines:

Customers are responsible for returning items. Unsealed products are non-returnable/refundable. While we’re not liable for transit damages, we ask for caution during packaging and delivery, especially regarding heat and sunlight exposure. Proof of delivery should be emailed to brewniverse.winespirit@gmail.com.

Damaged Goods During Transit:

Customers bear the costs for any breakage or damage during transit.

Failure to Return Goods:

If items aren’t returned within 14 days post-cancellation, the cancellation request will be void, and customers bear complete item costs.

Cancellation Order Payment:

Transactions against company policy incur a 5% charge (e.g., Muslim transactions). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within approximately 7 working days post-processed returns.

Late or Missing Refunds:
