Within Kedah, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Pahang, Terengganu & Kelantan: Minimum purchase of RM500.00

Within Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak: Minimum purchase of RM1,000.00

Delivery Delay Notification:

Should unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, floods, or events beyond our control affect delivery timings, our dedicated customer service team will promptly inform all impacted customers.

Order Tracking:

Upon confirmation, our Customer Service Representative will furnish a tracking code through WhatsApp for your convenience.

Away during Delivery:

If you or no one is available to receive the order(s), we’ll coordinate for a subsequent delivery schedule. Please note, additional delivery charges may apply.

Change of Delivery Address:

Should you require a change in the delivery address after checkout, please contact our customer service team at +6019-973 6255 (Shirley) or email brewniverse.winespirit@gmail.com at the earliest opportunity. We’ll make every effort to rearrange the scheduled delivery.

In the event of an unsuccessful rearrangement, it will necessitate a new delivery. Any additional delivery costs will be communicated, and your approval sought before the redelivery.

Restricted Delivery Zones:

We regret to inform that deliveries are not available in the following areas:

  • Hospitals
  • Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) 1 and 2
  • Government buildings

Delivery Scope:

Currently, we exclusively cater to deliveries within Malaysia and do not extend our services beyond its borders.
